I started this page so I could add my personal stories and some things I have learned along the way!

I strive to live a healthy life for myself and my family. I will post some things on here that have helped me. Things like vitamins, exercise, books I have read and products I love. This is a great place to ask questions and share!

I’m not a doctor or health care professional, I am just a mom trying to live a healthy life and raise healthy boys!

See this picture? This was me 10 years ago, trying to be thinner, younger, healthier, stronger, and killing myself doing it! My boys were little and I was exercising 2-4 hours a day. I was exhausted! I was training for Marathons, Duathlons and Triathlons. Yes, it was great to achieve things, but I was so busy striving for a better body I didn’t realize how much stress I was putting on my current body. Lack of sleep, lots of exercise and not fueling my body caused my metabolism to crash.

Now I try to focus on healthy eating,  more rest and low impact exercise.
